Q1: What’s the difference between different types of thermos flasks, and which one should I choose?
A: We offer three main types of thermos flasks, each suitable for different scenarios:
- Stainless Steel Vacuum Thermos Flask: Double-layer vacuum insulation, keeps hot drinks warm for 12–24 hours and cold drinks cool for 24–48 hours. Suitable for daily commuting, office use, and outdoor activities. Available in 500ml–2L capacities.
- Glass Liner Thermos Flask: Glass inner liner with no metal taste, perfect for tea and coffee lovers who pursue pure flavor. Keeps hot drinks warm for 6–12 hours. Not suitable for outdoor use (fragile).
- Kids’ Thermos Flask: BPA-free outer shell, leak-proof lid with straw, and cartoon patterns. Keeps drinks warm for 8–12 hours. 350ml–500ml capacities, suitable for school and family outings.
Choose based on your usage scenario: outdoor enthusiasts pick stainless steel; tea/coffee lovers pick glass liner; parents pick kids’ models.
Q2: Are your plastic cups really BPA-free? Is there any safety guarantee?
A: Yes! All our plastic cups are made of food-grade PP or Tritan material, which is 100% BPA-free and meets FDA food contact safety standards. We provide a material safety certificate for each plastic cup product, which you can view on the product page or request from our customer service team.
Our plastic cups are heat-resistant (can withstand temperatures from -20°C to 120°C) and are safe for use in dishwashers (top rack only). They are not suitable for microwave use (except for microwave-safe marked models).
Q3: How to prevent glass cups from cracking due to sudden temperature changes?
A: All our glass cups are made of borosilicate glass, which has better temperature resistance than ordinary glass (can withstand temperature changes of 150°C). To further prevent cracking:
- Do not pour boiling water directly into a cold glass cup — add a small amount of warm water first to preheat the cup.
- Do not put a hot glass cup directly into cold water or a refrigerator.
- Avoid placing the glass cup on a hot stove or near an open flame.
If your glass cup cracks due to sudden temperature changes within 30 days of purchase, contact our customer service team for a free replacement.
Q4: Can I customize thermos flasks or cups with my logo or pattern?
A: Yes! We offer customization services for thermos flasks, plastic cups, and glass cups:
- Thermos Flasks: Engrave logos, text, or simple patterns on the stainless steel surface. Customization takes 3–5 business days, with a small additional fee.
- Plastic Cups: Print custom patterns or logos on the outer shell. Suitable for company employee benefits, event souvenirs, and family gifts.
- Glass Cups: Print frosted or colored patterns on the surface (does not affect transparency).

Q5: Do your products come with a warranty? What’s the coverage?
A: Yes! We offer a limited warranty for all our drinkware products:
- Thermos Flasks: 1-year warranty, covering insulation failure, lid leakage, and manufacturing defects. Does not cover damage from dropping or improper use.
- Plastic Cups: 6-month warranty, covering lid leakage, handle breakage, and material defects. Does not cover damage from overheating or microwave misuse.
- Glass Cups: 30-day warranty, covering hidden cracks and manufacturing defects. Does not cover damage from dropping or sudden temperature changes.
To file a warranty claim, send an email to our customer support team with your order number and photos of the issue — we will resolve it within 3 business days.
Q6: Can I purchase drinkware in bulk for my company or event? Do you offer discounts?
A: Yes! We offer bulk order discounts for companies, schools, and event organizers:
- Thermos Flasks: 10% discount on orders of 10+ units; 20% discount on orders of 50+ units.
- Plastic Cups: 15% discount on orders of 20+ units; 25% discount on orders of 100+ units.
- Glass Cups: 10% discount on orders of 20+ units; 20% discount on orders of 100+ units.
